Digestion – Intestine – Gas
PROPERTIES: Antispasmodic, tonic, antiemetic, unnatural, muscle spasm soother, it relaxes peripheral blood vessels, perspiration but also internal refresher, bile secretion stimulator, analgesic, antiseptic.
Mint tincture is excellent for the digestive system, increasing the secretion of digestion and bile fluids and it relaxes intestinal muscles. It reduces nausea, colic, intestinal pain and bloating and soothes irritated intestines. It helps cases of diarrhea by softening the mucosa and internal colon muscles and soothes the spastic colon (often cause of constipation). It relieves headaches and migraines associated with poor digestive function.
DOSE SUGGESTED: For nausea in general or when traveling, indigestion, flatulence, colic, fevers and migraines, take 10-20 drops in 100ml of water, 3 times a day for up to 4 weeks. Repeat after a month.
PRECAUTIONS: Do not give to children under 5 years old. It can reduce milk flow so it should be avoided during breast-feeding.
