PROPERTIES: Uterine stimulant, relaxing, cardiac tonic, unnatural.

The important cardiotonic action of Leonurus has been known since Roman times. Leonurus tincture helps with palpitation, anxiety and nervous tension. Being a heart and nerve medicine often administered tachycardia, it strengthens heart function, especially in cases of insufficiency.

As an antispasmodic and sedative, it brings rather relaxation than drowsiness.

Leonurus tincture stimulates the uterus muscles and is particularly suitable for delayed menstruation, menstrual cramp and premenstrual tension. After birth it can help to restore uterus and reduce the risk of postpartum hemorrhage.

DOSE SUGGESTED: 10-20 drops in 100ml water a day for up to 4 weeks. Repeat after a month.

PRECAUTIONS: Avoid during pregnancy. It can be used in childbirth. It should not be used if menstrual bleeding is heavy.
